To truly enjoy your experience with us, please arrive in good time for your appointment. On your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early in order to complete a client record card.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.

To ensure a calm and relaxing enviroment, we request that your mobile phone is turned off during your visit to FACE.
